I am a licensed professional counselor and I have been providing counseling services since 2009.  I joined Living Life Counseling Center in 2019.  I see adults as well as children from the age of three through eighteen. I provide play and art therapy techniques for young children through elementary school. 

I believe play is the best tool to help children communicate and grow.  I also provide trauma-focused therapy including Accelerated Resolution Therapy.  I specialize in topics related to kinship placements, adoptions, foster care, and infertility.  I also provide cognitive behavior therapy and can help clients manage a range of concerns such as life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, and depression.
